Day 220: “One Can Only Dream…”
My birthday dinner at Merriman’s Kapalua. We were supposed to come here on Saturday but we couldn’t since we didn’t make reservation (We usually do plan it ahead but last few restaurants made me feel stupid for calling in few days before).
I was looking through a wine list and found one for $3,850. Of course I didn’t or should I say, I couldn’t order it. But I made a promise to myself that one day, when I ever get to sell a huge print of my photo like how those famous photographers do. I’m gonna come back here and get me one.
Anyway, we really enjoyed Merriman’s. Food and service were really great. Maybe one negative thing I could say about here would be a little bit too noisy because it is so packed. Thanks to my wife for taking me out to double dinner (Or sorry for dragging her to Sea House for worst dinner ever). Damn I am one spoiled expensive person. I’m so lucky :-)
